JUST IN: Another 5.8 magnitude quake jolted Ilocos Norte on Monday morning at 10:48AM, as recorded in the PHIVOLCS Earthquake Bulletins of latest seismic events in the Philippines.
Phivolcs said that the quake was also felt in Tuguegarao City. It was recorded to be a moderately strong Intensity 4 in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte and Tugegarao City.
Though there might be possible aftershocks, the quake is not expected to bring about major damage to property, the seismology office added.
It may be recalled that a 6.5 magnitude earthquake struck Eastern Samar of the Eastern Visayas Region in April this year.
