Tandaya Trail’s Ulot River Whitewater Rafting starts at Sitio Camp Uno in Barangay Tenani, Paranas, Samar. Torpedo Extreme Boat Adventure is one of the activities that can make your adrenaline go up. You will experience a 1-hour extreme whitewater rafting.
While on your way to the site, you will get to see endemic species of birds, the waterfalls, and the lush greenery of Samar Island Natural Park (SINP). There is what they called Deni’s point where you can swim and trek along huge rock formations.
How to get there
You have to ride a van that will pass through Paranas, Samar. Just tell the driver to drop you off at the Municipality of Paranas. You also have to communicate with their Municipal tourism to have a guided trip. Local guides are also available.
Rates
The Torpedo Extreme Boat Adventure costs P1,825.00. You may also have lunch at the site for P200.00 each person. If you want to spend more time, you can stay at Villa Escober Cold Spring Resort. The hotel accommodation price starts at P2,000.00, with complimentary breakfast.

- Make sure your gadgets are wrapped properly to protect them from getting wet.
- Bring a waterproof camera to have nice shots and videos of your ride.
